Matt Loncar

Matt Loncar was appointed General Counsel of GAF in 2017, and is responsible for all aspects of legal affairs at the company. Matt has extensive legal and regulatory affairs experience in manufacturing and distribution, spanning commercial transactions, real estate, intellectual property, litigation, regulatory compliance and employment matters.

Prior to joining GAF, Matt spent more than 15 years at Toys “R” Us in a variety of roles, including as Deputy General Counsel, with responsibility for domestic and international legal matters. Prior to joining Toys “R” Us, he was an attorney with Anderson Kill, a firm based in New York City, with clients that include some of the nation’s largest public and private entities.

Matt holds a Juris Doctorate from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University.
